Tuesday Turn Three 5/20/25

Tuesday Turn Three

Tuesday gives us the chance to reflect on the week that will be. With Monday conquered, lets turn our energy to sports! MLB has given us a national broadcast game for Tuesday, and that allows us to look at some under the radar players you can actually sit down and watch today! The TBS National Broadcast game Tuesday Night is Mets @ Red Sox. The national media strikes again as a mediocre Red Sox teams gets the national spotlight for TV ratings.

Hitter 1 - Alex Bregman

I like Bregman in this game to see what Holmes is throwing and to get ahold of one. He does have home run power, but the ball isn’t leaving the yard tonight. Give me a pair of singles for Bregman.

Bregman Over 0.5 Singles -125

Hitter 2 - Wilyer Abreu

The top of this Red Sox order should be able to get themselves on base, although I do expect the middle to let them down tonight. I like Abreu to start up a multi game hitting streak by building on last nights success. Give me 2 or more hits, which will be plenty to ensure that his total bases number creeps up.

Abreu 2+ Total Bases +120

Pitcher - Clay Holmes

Holmes is 5-2 with a 3.14 ERA so far in 2025. Averaging around 5 strikeouts per game, he is pulling plus money for 6 or more strikeouts tonight against the Red Sox. I do think that the top of the order for the Sox can get on base, but Devers, Duran, Story and the bottom of the order will not be able to touch Holmes. If he can make it through the order twice, 6 strikeouts should be in hand.

Holmes 6+ Strikeouts +110
